As soon as we got there it was “ok what do you want to make?” No introduction to whom he was or what we were even going to be doing, no these are your choices in what you can make, or have a look around. It just felt overwhelming and hurried along. Got the feeling he didn’t want to be there. He left randomly and would come back. The power went out twice. It was just an interesting experience.”

“This was a great experience. I’ve done a pottery workshop and didn’t enjoy it in the past, but the experience here was totally different. Loved it. Major downside I didn’t foresee, you don’t get to take your work with you because it takes rather long to dry, their method uses ambient temperature drying and they don’t go the firing route. The pottery class part do it only covered maybe 25% of our time at this venue. The rest of the time was spent in their ceramics gallery. Quite beautiful. Lovely experience. Place was easy to find on maps.”
